👋 Hi, Julian here
I turn ideasinto real business
I design websites, stores and systems for small and mid-sized companies, and help grow the business behind them — no filler theory, just a concrete plan.
Starting point
Business first. The website comes after.
Before anything gets designed, the context your company works in has to be clear. That is what separates this from a “just build me a site” job.
- 1
Before we start, we establish what the customer actually needs.
- 2
Before we start, we establish who their audience is.
- 3
Before we start, we establish what the site or system is meant to achieve.
- 4
Before we start, we establish how traffic and enquiries will be generated.
- 5
Before we start, we establish what business model sits behind the project.

01 · Websites
A website built around your business
I do not reuse one template for every company. A project starts with the business goal, the structure and the user.
- Company websites for small and mid-sized businesses
- Landing pages for a specific offer or campaign
- Service websites with an extensive offer
- Multilingual websites for international clients
- Rebuilds and modernisation of existing sites
- Integrations with external systems (CRM, email marketing)

02 · Online stores
A store built to sell, not just to look good
A pretty product page is not enough. What counts is the path from landing on the site to placing an order.
- UX design for the buying path
- Checkout process and cart
- Payment integrations (transfers, cards, instalments)
- Shipping, courier and pickup point integrations
- Sales and user behaviour analytics
- Integrations and automation (inventory, invoicing, email)

03 · Business consulting
Got a business idea? Let us check whether it is worth pursuing
Before you start investing time and money, it is worth checking whether the idea holds up and how to launch it well.
- Analysis of the idea and its key assumptions
- Business model and how the company makes money
- Competitor analysis
- Positioning the offer in the market
- Sales channels and how you reach customers
- Choosing tools and technology for the launch

04 · Business growth
Company already running? Let us find what can be improved
Sometimes tidying up what already exists gives a bigger result than building something from scratch.
- Website audit
- Customer acquisition process
- Automation of repetitive tasks
- Systems and tools for running the company
- Marketing and online visibility
- Customer service process
For non-technical people
You do not need to know exactly what you need.
You can come with nothing but a problem or an idea. We work out the rest together.
You do not need to know
- which CMS to pick
- how one technology differs from another
- what technology the project needs
- which hosting to buy
- how to design a process that increases enquiries
Picking the right solution is my job. You do not have to understand the technology to make a good decision.
How we work together
What working on a project looks like
I design and build websites and systems tailored to your business goals — from the first conversation through launch and ongoing growth.
- 01.
Conversation
I get to know your business, the problem you want solved and the goal you want to reach.
- 02.
Analysis
I look at the options, the competition and what is realistic. Together we pick the best direction.
- 03.
Plan
A clear scope, project structure and delivery approach, so you know what you are paying for and when each part appears.
- 04.
Delivery
We design and implement the solution. On larger projects my ONEXO team joins in.
- 05.
Growth
After launch we can keep developing the project: new features, optimisation, marketing.
Larger projects
When a project needs a bigger team, I bring in ONEXO.
Some projects I deliver with my team at ONEXO, the company I co-run. That lets us handle larger builds covering the website, branding, marketing, ads, SEO, custom systems and automation, while you keep a single point of contact.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost?
The cost depends on scope: a simple one-page site is priced differently from a large site with many pages and integrations. After a conversation about your needs I prepare a concrete quote matched to the project, not a fixed price list.
How long does a website take?
A simple company website usually takes two to four weeks once the scope is agreed. An online store or a larger site with a system takes six to ten weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly the client delivers content and materials.
Can I come with just an idea?
Yes, that is the most common case. You do not need a finished brief, a design or a feature list. You describe what you want to achieve and we work out together how to do it.
Do you help with marketing as well?
Yes. I advise on SEO and site visibility myself, and for Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media campaigns I bring in my ONEXO team.
Do you build online stores?
Yes. I design online stores: from simple single-product shops to larger platforms with payment and shipping integrations and order automation.
Can you rebuild my existing website?
Yes. We start with an audit of the current site to see what is worth keeping (your search rankings, for example) and what needs to change so the site starts bringing in enquiries.
Do you involve the ONEXO team on larger projects?
Yes. Small and mid-sized projects I deliver myself. When a project needs a bigger team, for example a large system, branding and ad campaigns at once, I bring in my team at ONEXO while you keep a single point of contact.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes, I work with clients abroad as well. Communication is then in English or German, and sites can be designed as multilingual from the start.
Can the site keep evolving after launch?
Yes. Development after launch is a natural part of the work: new features, additional pages, conversion optimisation or further system work.
Do you help with SEO?
Yes. Every site I design is built with SEO in mind from the ground up: structure, content and engineering. For more advanced search work I bring in my ONEXO team.
