A store built to sell, not just to look good
A pretty product page is not enough. What counts is the path from landing on the site to placing an order.
An online store is judged by how many people actually complete a purchase, not by how the homepage looks. That is why I start with the buying path: finding a product, the cart, payment and order confirmation.
Only once that path is sound do we move on to the visual layer, the product copy and everything meant to convince the customer to buy.
What the service covers
- UX design for the buying path
- Checkout process and cart
- Payment integrations (transfers, cards, instalments)
- Shipping, courier and pickup point integrations
- Sales and user behaviour analytics
- Integrations and automation (inventory, invoicing, email)
How I work
What this service looks like in practice
- 1
A checkout without friction
Every extra step in the cart costs you a share of your customers. I design the path to be as short and as clear as possible.
- 2
Payments and delivery matched to your customers
I pick payment and delivery methods for the people who actually buy from you, not for whatever is easiest to implement.
- 3
Data you can act on
Analytics are set up so you can see where customers drop out of the purchase and what is worth fixing.
Who it is for
This service is for you if
- Companies planning their first online store.
- Companies with an existing store selling below expectations.
- Brands moving sales from marketplaces to their own channel.
FAQ
The questions I hear most often
How much does launching an online store cost?
It depends on the number of products, the integrations and whether custom features are needed. After a conversation about scope I prepare a quote for your specific project, not a number pulled off a price list.
Do you also handle marketing after the store goes live?
Yes. Through my company ONEXO we can also take care of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, and further sales optimisation.
